Dear Prospective Guests,
Thank you for your inquiry about the use of Adrian's for your special
celebration. With over 20 years of experience, our personalized service and
attention to detail will ensure a memorable occasion. Our open, airy dining
room and tented deck offer panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the beautiful
Truro landscape.
As executive chef and owner, our goal is to create a menu using the
finest ingredients available paired with an innovative and creative approach.
We offer either a buffet or a sit down dinner and will work with you in
customizing a menu for your special day. Our reception pricing starts at $65.00
per person depending on menu selections. Enclosed are some menu items for your
consideration.
In addition to our wine list, Adrian's offers full bar and liquor
service for your reception. There are several options to choose from regarding
bar service, you can decide what is best for your budget. Regarding wedding
cakes, our experienced baking staff prides itself in making the perfect cake
that is sure to please you and your guests.
The adjoining Outer Reach Resort offers lodging at group rates to your
guests. On site lodging offers the convenience and ease of a single location.
In addition, breakfast is served at Adrian's in the morning.

- Hors D'oeuvres -
 Our professional staff
will make your reception extra special. |
- Crudite of assorted vegetables with basil cream dip &
roasted red pepper dip.
- International cheese board - Includes a variety of cheeses
served with bread rounds, focaccia and fresh fruit.
- Antipasto Misto - An assortment of Italian cold meats and
cheeses, marinated vegetables, grilled eggplant, olives, tomato and fresh
mozzarella.
- Gourmet mini pizza assortment - Three varieties: shrimp and
artichoke, pesto with potato & pinenuts, tomato and goat cheese.
- Bruschetta - Grilled Apulian bread brushed with olive oil and
garlic, choice of: tomato and fresh basil, fig and prosciutto, or Tuscan white
beans & rosemary.
- Crostini - Toasted bread rounds spread with basil pesto &
tomato or calamata olive paste.
- Chicken Sate - Skewered marinated and grilled chicken strips
served with a Thai peanut sauce.
- Raw Bar - Cultivated littlenecks, Wellfleet oysters and
shrimp.

- Grilled Chicken Breast with lemon caper sauce.
- Oven-roasted Rosemary Garlic Chicken with balsamic vinegar
glaze.
- Shrimp alla Venezianna - Shrimp tossed with olive oil, garlic,
white wine, lemon and parsley.
- Grilled Cayenne Crusted Salmon with maple mustard sauce.
- Grilled Salmon with sun-dried tomato and balsamic glaze.
- Grilled Swordfish with ginger and lime butter.
- Venetian Sole - Sauteed sole marinated with caramelized
onions, raisins, pine nuts and vinegar.
- Lobster - Baked stuffed or boiled.
- Lobster Ravioli with tomato basil cream sauce.
- Grilled Halibut with a peach, kiwi and lime salsa. Also
available with striped bass when in season.
- Caciucco - Chicken, andouille sausage, littleneck clams and
shrimp, with tomato and white wine.
- Tenderloin of Beef with a rich gorgonzola sauce
- Oven-roasted Pork Loin with red wine rosemary sauce or dried
cranberry demi glaze.
- Oven-roasted Leg of Lamb with a black olive, onion, tomato and
red wine sauce.
- Veal Chop with a porcini mushroom, red wine sauce.
- Paella - Chicken, sausage, mussels, shrimp and clams, served
with saffron rice.

- Pasta Con la Salsa Cruda - a fresh uncooked sauce of plum
tomatoes, olives, garlic and fresh basil.
- Gorgonzola filled Cappelletti with sage, butter and parmesan
cheese.

romano, on penne.
- Pasta al Forno - baked pasta with roasted vegetables, garlic,
