Sauvignon Blanc Bright golden color, clear
and radiant. Aromas of white flowers, pear, peach and honey dew melon. Nice
tropical zip and zing typical of this varietal. |

Chardonnay Toasty oak aromas with layers of
ripe apple and vanilla. Finish is long, warm and slightly citrusy. Chardonnay
is oak fermented and oak aged 18 months. |

Cape Blush Charming salmon color, inviting
aromas of strawberry, cherry and peach. Nicely balanced with pleasing
semi-sweetness and a nice citrus zing. |

with woodsy herbal character, black cherry, raspberry and smooth toasted oak.
Handpicked, crushed and fermented in open vats in the traditional Loire

Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc with a classic black fruit concentration;
black cherry, blackberry and a hint of dark roasted coffee in the finish. Good
